WSFS Bank at Suburban Plaza

Landmark provided all planning and design for the phased development at Suburban Plaza. The mixed-use development includes a retail center with shopping and restaurants, a Home Depot store, a WSFS Bank branch with drive-thru lanes, and approximately 178 residential units. The 24+ acre site is located on Elkton Road (SR 2) at Christina Parkway (SR 4) in the City of Newark.

The Retreat at Newark (aka Cottages at the Plaza) includes various types of apartment and cottage-style units developed on the site surrounding the northerly and southerly sides of the shopping center. The Retreat is a bicycle/pedestrian friendly, walkable community that includes clubhouses, outdoor pool, and outdoor recreation area with barbecue and stone fireplace.
