JTVCC Sally Port and Intake Center

A proposed new 16,644 square foot Sally Port and Intake Facility will be constructed at a new location on the southeast periphery of the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna, replacing the existing Sally Port which will be demolished and paved over.

Landmark’s staff provided topographic and existing conditions surveys, wetland delineation report, civil engineering and site design including layout, grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, permits and agency process involving the State Fire Marshal, DelDOT, New Castle County and Kent County DPW.
