Keith Rudy is a registered professional engineer in Delaware and New Jersey and is certified by the USGBC as LEED AP. He serves as Executive Vice President and is VP of Operations for Landmark Science & Engineering. With over 27 years of experience in civil engineering projects, he brings his broad exposure to the fields of site/civil design, water resources, planning, environmental, geotechnical, and construction review to Landmark.
Mr. Rudy is a member of the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers (DAPE) Law Enforcement / Ethics Committee and of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is the former president of the Manufactured Housing Installation Board and has served on many committees. Keith earned both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. He has spent many years actively involved with the Del-Mar-Va Council of Boy Scouts of America, and as a licensed soccer coach and a Delaware Soccer Referee. For Delaware Rush, he has been an Age Group Coordinator for instructional soccer for more than 15 seasons and a Coach/Assistant Coach. Keith and his wife, Linda, and two sons live in New Castle County, Delaware.
