LaGrange Commercial

LaGrange Commercial is a proposed commercial center on approximately 10 acres on US Route 40 in Glasgow, Delaware. The center will include six buildings totaling approximately 38,600 square feet with a proposed 13,000 square foot daycare facility. There is a large amount of landscaping on the site, which will feature a landscaped, centralized gathering area between buildings. Landmark performed all planning, civil engineering, site design, stormwater management BMPs, permits and agency processing.
