Janet S. Pippert

Janet Pippert serves as the Business Development and Marketing Manager for Landmark, where she has worked for over 16 years. She is responsible for helping to build business and community relationships and to increase the firm’s public- and private-sector business. Owners, developers and project team leaders who are interested in partnering with Landmark should contact Janet for information about how Landmark’s experience and services might benefit their project.

Janet has a strong background in commercial real estate development, marketing, leasing, and management, having worked for the commercial real estate firms Gilpin Allegheny and American Trading Real Estate Properties during the development of the Christiana Executive Campus, where Landmark’s office is now located.

Janet enjoys managing the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council, a local commercial real estate association. She works closely with the directors and committees to plan and coordinate membership and industry events, and takes great pride in event planning, especially the annual CIRC golf outing – which is always considered one of the best business golf events in the region- and the annual tri-state area Joint Dinner event.

Mrs. Pippert earned a Certificate in Computer Graphic Design at Delaware College of Art and Design (DCAD) in Wilmington and has also studied at Goldey Beacom and Delaware Technical Community College for business and marketing. She and her spouse, Dale, reside in Wilmington where they raised their son.

“I’m happiest at work when I’m involved and helping with many different aspects of the business. When we added the environmental sciences to our civil engineering and surveying in 2009, it gave me a whole new, exciting discipline to learn about. Integrating the Sciences has given me a new level of respect for the immense role that scientists and engineers play in protecting the environment, removing hazardous waste from our soil, and the importance of stormwater management to achieving clean water.”
